Probably because I have never really had to study it, I just do what works for me.
All the knowledge in the world is useless if it doesn't work for you.
I eat whatever I like, am currently eating around 100gms protein, lots of simple carbs, I was using around 30gms of BCAAs a day but stopped because I thought it may have been adding to my kidney stone situation, I look exactly the same without the BCAAs.
Fuck the 6 meals a day of chicken and rice, its total bullshit.
I study and study and study... And have since before I even started training. Years before I began training myself.
Its not about me. This is my profession. This is what I do. Me getting onstage for a trophy isn't gonna pay a mortgage or put my kids through school... But training others and doing what I do will.
That's the difference.
Can I look a cerrian way? Sure. But other areas of my life suffer. Some things I'm not willing to sacrifice. The juice isn't worth the squeeze.
That's the difference.
My knowledge of bodybuilding, training in general.. Most my clients are trained in a boot camp/CrossFit style and the bend up looking like they're carved out of wood. Bodybuilding? That shitvworks if they're willing to donthebother stuff.. Eating and drugs. And rest... 99.9% paying for training are not willing to sacrifice other areas of their lives to do that. Because they too have bills to pay n mouths to feed. You think I advise all my clients to run 6g/wk? Lol.. More like trt or 200-300 test a week with a lil Tren or npp or MTB... And they're carved out of wood eventually, But they learn to love the process. Each client is different and I love to solve problems. There are no cookie cutter routines. No copy n paste. They all succeed to 1 degree or another.
That's why I'm good. That's what I'm the best. This is my profession and I planned this.. I saw this... 20+, 25+ years ago. Did you know what you wanted to do 25+ yrs ago? Did you know you're GOOD or BETTER at something than others 25+yrs ago? I did. And I've adapted along the way. From bodybuilders, to fitness girls to athletes wrestlers, football players, fighters along the way.
This is my profession.
