from raw I ate everything you can imagine.. like everything you can imagine,, from big eye darkest redish tuna to the average fella salmon.. to octopuses to eel to scallops to squids to realy anything raw because its simply the best food for human specie.. better than anything else out there for longevity and very very good while on hormones.. it is my highest recommended food while on hormones I don't hve words to describe how good is grade A I repeat grade A sushi made with steam white rice not sticky rice.. but steam white rice.. for athletes..
