I got banned off his site for trying to help some poor guy that was on around 5gms of gear and they were all encouraging him..

The mods during the early days of that forum were jumped up nerds. They really thought they were jedis and in some global mafia type organisation. There was one guy called apply85 I think who was the worst.

I got banned because they were banning everyone who wasn't posting much  ::)

This is a story I heard from a huge gym bro circa 1999. He had been in Thailand and saw Dennis James eating pineapple, not looking like much. Then Dennis went for a stroll on the beach and when he came back he was insanely pumped up, looking incredible  :D Also spoke of some gym with menus on the wall, like McDonald's, except these were gear cycles you could buy  :D Don't know how much is true  :D

That part is true, I remember a video showing the gym, but can't remember the name. It was in partnership with a local pharmacist. It really was like a standard take out menu. It had listings for single drugs or pre-made stacks, and the gym would phone the order over for you to pick up or they'd have a boy deliver it to the gym.

Ah, so it was true. I always thought about the pineapple thing when gh15 was talking about it, guys thought gh15 was Dennis. Milos even asked Dennis if he was or not  :D

I remember Jason blaha was in there trying to fit in by claiming to be cruising on 2 grams a week and no one was really calling BS or telling him he doesn't look like he's on even an amp a week.

He fucked up his left arm, sometimes claiming he tore his bicep off the bone with underhand grip and sometimes claiming it was from an infection due to a dirty razor.

His ex wife later said it was from site injects/synthol getting infected and he was too lazy to go to the hospital. She also said some shit like he would scream and ask her for ibuprofen when she would dress his wound

I know it has been discussed to death but guys like him are fascinating, the way they can talk seriously about being some secret special ops doing secret ops in foreign countries at 16 or 17 years old. Crazy.

I remember the Egypt Sustanon manufactured under license from Organon. All the amps were slightly different size with different amounts of oil inside. They were "real" but are these really "pharma grade"? Maybe, though I'd rather have precision if I had a choise  :D

the Cidetestone was legit, the chemist ones had each individual box labelled with the chemists name, the chemists in the resorts didnt, they were all the same I think a lot came out the back door of the lab, they used to be £1 each, no ones going to go to the trouble of counterfeiting individual vials for that price.

Ah, I think Cidoteston was the first inject I ever did. :D
One Egyptian product not very popular was Sustanon 100, it was Sust without the longest ester. I used some of those but products came and went and you had to use what was currently available in gyms.

While we're strolling down old fart lane...

Sustanon was the first injectable I did too.  Organon (from Turkey if I recall correctly).  Ampules on a really long foil 'bandolier' style strip - ripped off and smuggled back by someone doing some security work for the UN (or something like that) somewhere sandy...

Once I got the hang of sawing the tops off I was on my way - great Summer  8)

needles cost pennies, why would you use them more than once?

I agree. Bostin's reason was that with the amount of injections he does he would soon build a mountain of used needles that he would need to dispose. And pennies is still money. None of this is logical and he knows it. :D Bostin has an "injection room", he described how every time he goes in there, if he planned to do 2 drugs he usually ends up shooting a little bit of everything  :D

Hello pellius, I don't know if you are making fun of me, if so I don't care, I'm just sharing the way things were in another country other than USA and Europe.

But if you are serius, In fact there was an increase in sushi consumption due to his recommendations.

Before you think I'm joking, keep in mind that here in Brazil we are an emerging country, even today we don't have a lot of what the rest of the world has.

For you to have an idea, it is just a few years ago that we had our first KFC.

With that in mind, you can imagine that more than a decade ago we did not have any sushi available nearby.
Of course there was sushi in brazil, but just in fancy restaurants that 90% of brazilians would never dream of eating, since a simple dinner would cost about half of the minimum wage (in around 2010 the minimun wage was about R$500 (reais, our currency) and a dinner in a sushi restaurant at the time would cost nothing less than R$250-300

Around the time gh15 started talking about the sushi thing, guess what happend? the sushi restaurants started to open in every corner, specially close to the gyms.
In fact even a owner of a gym that I went opened ah sushi restaurant during that time.

Today you can check out for yourself that here in brazil the sushi restaurants are the most popular foreign food around.
If you have the opportunity to one day come to brazil, pm me and I will gladly take you for dinner at one of those restaurants. I'm sure the first thing you will notice when you enter the place will be that 80% of the customers are gym rats.

about the pineapple, here we never had those little cans gh15 talked about. The reason is that in brazil we have almost any fruit in laaarge laaarge scale, so the real fresh pineapple is largely available, you can find it for about $1 a fruit that weighs about 1.5kg.

If you buy in bulk, like the distribuidos that sell box of fruits, you could get 20pinapples for about 0.3cents a piece.

bananas are about 0.5cents a pound in the supermarket

how can you be so dumb?

you REALLY believe some dumbfuck on obscure internet msg boards ACTUALLY had an influence on the worldwide sushi market? or the stock price of syringe companies?

fuck off kid. you embarrass yourself

Loser. Confirmed

Come on man - you know that you realize the terrible irony in “you” calling someone a loser...

I get it - when topics involve things like training / genetics / gear etc. - you can’t really contribute. But you CAN read and learn.
Shizzo - you don’t HAVE to be a loser. You can find success and even find a woman to stand with you (marriage if want). You don’t have to wake each day the way that you do.

Try this for 30 days - ABSOLUTELY any man on earth can do this. Wake up every morning at 5:00 - take 3 (THREE) Minutes just waking and thinking about NOTHING but what you are grateful for. By 5:05 you can be dressed in shorts and go fasters and grab a water - hit the bricks and start! Just do 30 minutes or even just 15-20 if that all you can do. Only walk at first.

Start your day that way - focus as much as possible as many times a day on gratitude and soon you will be hitting a good 45 min - 1hr session each morning and then MAKING time to hit the weights for 30-45 later in the day.

Don’t accept being that guy in the picture. Dude it’s HEALTHY to “fat shame” - the leftist pussingtons don’t want to hurt FAT peoples feelings - but if you care about them you BETTER TELL them they look unhealthy and like a fat slob.

I hope you can find the strength to do this man. Millions of us do this - are you willing to accept that we are stronger than you? Or use the excuse that “looks aint that important to me”?

Actually, I did start to eat more sushi. Being in Hawaii, I eat pineapple regularly and love pineapple juice. But gh15 did kind of remind me about sushi. Just like when you see someone eating Chinese food and you realize you haven't had Chinese food in a while. Same with sushi. A Ninja sushi open up in the same shopping center at the gym that I go to so I started going there pretty regularly after the gym.

Do you train in Jiu-Jitsu? When I live in Torrance, CA during the early 1990s I hooked up with the Gracies who lived down the block from me when they trained out of their garage. That led me to make a lot of friends from Brasil and know something about their country and culture. Can you post a pic of yourself so that we can put a face to your name.

BTW, though people don't like to admit it, gh15 was a huge influence in bbing when he was on GetBig, his prime years. People on boards and forums all over the world talked about him. Every one of his posts would go on for pages and get tons of views. I think he overplayed his hand and his board, which was suppose to be a free exchange of ideas, became very Nazi-like and heavily censored. People's posts were getting edited and deleted and very well-respected long term established vets were getting banned left and right. gh15 became very paranoid and everyone was under suspicion. He had his minions monitor other boards and report to him what was said about him. It just got too creepy.

Nailed it. Shizzo is not an idiot. He has a good sense of humor and irl life a good personality. I, as well, see the potential in him. You have the mind, body and spirit aspect of a person. Addressing the body issues is the easiest and most direct and you get more immediate quantifiable feedback. This will led to growing in the other areas as well. You will have a new image of yourself and not feel the need to force acceptance on others. I guarantee that if the dude lost 50 pounds not only would he look like an entirely different person but he will be an entirely different more productive and motivated person as well.
