he virtually trains every pro bodybuilder in the circuit..he trained chri cormier,flex wheeler,paul dillet in the past and these days trains gunter,jerome and many more pros to..this guy must be a millionaire

wheeler won 4 arnold classics,paul dillet placed in the top 6 for 32 consecutive shows,there was a time when chris cormier was known as the next big thing..

guy knows what he's doing...but that's obvious. If you listen to some of the little tips he gives and try them you can feel them right off the bat, look what he did for gunther....

Yes he has his own version of every exercise out there. Science play a big role as well, It's toooooooo eazzy!!!!!!

I personaly believe that Charles grass made Flex 2nd in spite of the possibility of being O.
Why? Look at what Charles instruct them,many partials with light weight. During Flex did those Charles grass training,Ronnie trained like basic old school BBer and gain muscle each year.I dont believe those tricks. Only way is BASIC HEAVY TRAINING like Dorian and Ronnie did.

LOL millionaire?? He is just a regular trainer at Gold's Gym, I don't think he charges the pros more then he would charge you, they are just regular clients, I guess even you can go to Gold's and train an hour with Charles Glass.
