Hangin out talkin to a buddy of mine the other night. We began discussing Clen, and he proceeded to say that if you take benadryl every 2nd week there is no need to take off because it will refresh your receptors. Anyone heard of this?

i was actually very curious about this,and was going to start my own thread about this tomorrow

i have heard diffrent reasons why you would use it though,other than extended clen use

the benadryl thing is in the steriod research book from steriod.com(seems like a good read too).

I did it for a show one time and stayed on for about 5weeks -- worked great -- got up to about 120mcg

but I cant do it anymore cause I get headaches like mofo now -- but the benadryl and something called ketokfotiy(bad sp) works too

I think it is kentofin , it makes clen work better.
IP usually sells it, and he has at times made clen with it in the product already.

Yup....thats true...but you can also go to my website (or to steroid.com) and look up the profile on Clenbuterol, and you'll be able to get the full version of that profile totally for free.

Great marketing, huh? Someone mentions my book, and I tell you where you can get the Clen information in it for free...

I typically reccomend taking it before bed, for that exact reason.

I always had to take it when I was using too much ephedrine.That was the only way I could fall asleep.

I use albuterol, not clen, actually....but yeah, using it before bed with stimulants is a good move...it can also help with anxiety caused by stimulants (little known fact).

I don't know if you can say it's common knowlede by now...but it would be pretty cool if an idea of mine could be considered common knowledge at this point...I came up with it about 2 years ago or so...

To get this straight, someone can start a cycle and ramp up for 2 weeks on the third week they can stay at the upper level of the cycle as long as they take a server a day of Benadryl for allergies on then continue the clen for a couple more weeks before tapering off?

me too. I love the shit.I sleep like a dead man.I work night shift and after a 10-12 hour shift I probably have consumed a gallon and a half of Diet Mountain Dew...I am wired up when I get home.

Use KETOTIFEN 2-4 tabs a day and you can stay on Clen for a looooooooooong time.
