UCLA tazer-happy cop has two previous 'incidents'

MSNBC -
Once, he tazered a homeless man on campus.  Once, he was accused of assault with his nightstick.  He is back on duty now at UCLA. 

I'll source it with complete info as soon as a news website gets it.  I wonder if crime is that bad on the UCLA campus, or if maybe trouble just seems to find this campus cop...

I'm sure those other people he abused asked for it just like that harmless college student did.  ::)

Come to think of it, that guy that was shot 19 times while reaching for his wallet asked for it too. So did that guy that was sodomized with a broomstick handle by police while in the police station. And so did the thousand other people that were abused by police this year.

In fact, let's just give the police carte blanche to use any force they deem necessary. Who cares, the victims criminals are all asking for it anyway.

It's so funny how the blind people here would actually say that.  They believe in the order that comes with a police state, but never really comprehend it could be THEM OR THEIR LOVES ONES on the other end of a nightstick or tazer one day.

Also funny is how they'll defend this cop's three incidents with "Well, he was probably justified".  They'll just give this guy the benefit of the doubt blindly.  I am interested in seeing if every UCLA cop who has been on duty the same number of years - if they all average 3 violent uses of force in the same period of time.

If so, they are probably the most violent campus in the county. 

If not, this guy probably has a tendency to escalate and should be writing parking tickets or manning a desk.  Two tazings and one nightstick... more than enough signs that a shooting is next.

Dude LA in general is rough.  Unless you live in private gated communitys,and there are many, you pretty much have a gang problem.  College kids are college kids they are gonna do what they want.  Security should have been outside monitoring ,parking so no stereos were getting jacked.  THis is not a third world country we are not supposed to be getting id checked in the library.
