I was wondering about Strydoms latest DVD myself....Matt C seems to know alot about DVD's, hopefully he'll weigh in on the subject.  Titus' video from when he was getting ready for the 96 USA is pretty damn good, I've got a shawn Ray DVD where I think he's getting ready for the 98 Olympia and it's really good, I'm amazed that he comes across so well on that DVD and so bad on this site.  A few of the BFTO's are good...some segments suck.

I was really bored with Cutler's Cut Above The Rest

Not much talking ...not really impressed with his workouts...I was very bored.

Maybe the only time I had any interest was when Chris Aceto was doing his diet but it didnt really explain anything much..

Shawn Ray's videos are the best because he explains about workouts and nutrition

naah man shawn rays videos suck..he talks too damn much and he shows minimal training footage in his dvds(no offence to the great shawn ray though)

THE ONE I had I thought was pretty good, he talks alot but it's all decent advice, good supplement advice, good training footage....it's the only one of shawn's vids I've ever seen but I thought it was decent.

i saw his 'inside and out' and the final coutdown were very boring..he just kept talking and talking in both of the videos..

That's the best video ever.  only if he had some Nutrition info on it.  the new release has some on stage video so that would cover that part.  But to me it is the best and the most motivating training video ever

man BFTO 96 is the real shit...it featured paul dillet,kevin levrone,yates,nasser,fux,wheeler,cormier etc all in awesome condition..kevin levrone looked the  freakiest of them all....i also like BFTO 99 too..

The Battle for the Olympias are so much better than most of the solo bodybuilder training vids. Dorian's is good thogh and Ronnie's Cost of Redemption are two of the best though.
