Silvio Samuel Offseason

Just got some new photos from Silvio. He's working with Milos this year and is planning to enter the Ironman in 2007.

In the past he's stayed within 5 pounds of his competition weight in the offseason. He recognized he needs to get bigger to stay competitive, so he training for more mass this offseason. So far so good - he's at 103 kg (about 230), which is a lot heavier than he's been in the past. But he still doesn't look more than a couple of weeks out from competition.

With a great showing at the europa and the santa susanna (4th place), it's still hard to believe that this guy still doesn't have a sponsor yet.

I cant say the same "good hair" remark about silvio sadly.......what ethnicity is he anyways.....well that doesnt matter.......

The dude is massively thick! He's like a mini Dennis James.......

I know another dude who has massive Dennis James potential as well, lets see if he can meet up to it, I hear he has a good guy working on his training with him. :)

Yea you're right, the attachment are quite high but still has a short upper body.. he might be able to get away with it...

well, in this case, (bodybuilding) it kind of does.... what is his waist circumference? 28" jeez! You'll never see that on a white BB

Franks waist is no way under 30!!!! Can anybody find any measurements on him???

I would say 30-31..........its small, especially for a white guy, but its not 28 by any means.
