There's many out there.  I find this one to be very economical and more than adequate.

I'll post the pic later - when the upload file isn't full 

NOW brand - Omega 3 Fish Oil (they have alot of omega products - you want the FISH OIL, not Max EPA, not 3-6-9, etc.)

Just eat whole foods for your good good fats/omega 3's...ect...and flax is over kill...IMO (if you eat fatty fish and nuts everyday) or most days.

I like salmon myself.

I'm cuttin atm (for the millionst time  but this time it will work  ) anyways, I do not eat much fish, cannot stand the smell of grilled fish smells like dirty pussy.
So I take  caps of Flax and  caps of Omega 3 before I go to bed.

I just use cod-liver oil - it does everything that flax does and it costs a fraction.

Unless you're deficient in vit D, Fish Oil (fish BODY oils) would be a better choice than cod LIVER oil.
