Question on lump behind my rt nipple

Hey all I'm 25, and have been liting weights for about 8 years now.. About a year or so ago I took Meth-1 test,  and didn't do anything for PCT(stupid).. I now have a hard lump behind my right Nip, and believe its GYNO..  I'm fairly sure its GYNO, but does anyone thinks its any concern besided pain. I've heard its a possibility that men can get Breast cancer, but its extreamly rare..

My question is are there any alternatives to get rid of this besides surgery, and do you think I should have a doc look at it?

You could try and use some of the OTC aromatase inhibitors.  Other wise some nolva.  I would deffinetly get some blood work done just to make sure everything is ok.  Also I have heard that some insurance companies wil cover the removall if it was from pubesent gyno.  This could be wrong I am just repeating something I have heard.  Best of luck!
