Doesn't know somebody what had arnold injury when trained?
know that had something with knee

From what I understand Arnold would on the better part keep all those griviences to himself. He wouldn't let anyone know about his injuries.

Good question...the knee doesn't count because it was an accident

The Weider boys" were too strong to get hurt or injured to the public eye....

so they would only promote "The Weider System and smart training" (wich we all know is (was) bullshit")


I know Arnold had injured both Shoulders several times (minor injuries) and always was bothered by his right elbow....ice it !! when no one was watching LOL

Yes I am heard that injured shoulders in the year 1980 A couldn't go by heavy shoulders

I never heard about this, nor did I know about shoulder injuries. Arnorl still is a box of surprises to me... By the way, once somebody told me that he used to get in some figths back in Austria and the first years in the USA. Is that true?

Arnold injured his knee from falling/breaking through the stage at a contest and then went on to win the show. Flex Wheeler got attacked by "ninja's" and completely dropped out, what a pussy. ::)

Perhaps I'm a pessimist but it could just as easily be attempting to build hype and so forth in order to make his ordained victory more impressive.
