An interesting thing about imdb is that studios/fanboys often ruin the rating of the movie around release.  Its only when the masses see it that the rating is brought back to reality.  I find it highly doubtful the movie is a 6.6/10

"Silly dialogue. Fight scene between two women were so laughable it looked they were doing exercise stretching scenes. None of the characters could shoot straight. Duriong a car chase when everyone was shooting at each other, flet they were using blanks as no one ever gets hit."

I'm a little suprised that people thought it was going to be in the theatre.  The company responsible for it is clearly a straight to video deal.

Sounds like it's cheaper then Hercules In New York. One thing I can't stand is horrible action movies, they might as well just make it a comedy which is a spoof of real action films.
