new cycle....any opinions or changes

1-16 test cyp 1000mg
1-6 anadrol 50mg daily
1-16 deca 500mg
16-20 prop 1000mg
1-20 hcg 300 ius every 5 days
1-20 a-dex .5 ed
21-25 nolva 20mg

i'm thinking about maybe adding in another oral like winni from 8-16 but dunno yet.  trying to add at least 20lbs.  starting bulking diet 3 full weeks ahead of cycle so i have a good foundation to start from. might do a show in the summer if i get big enough.

looks good.  it's pretty similar to mine but a little longer and a little more test.  i just started mine.  keep us posted on your gains.  if you were going to add winny(water based) how much and how long would you take it?  i know you said winny tabs(i like the injectable form) but i was hoping someone else could chime in too and give some input.

It's very basic, but well put together.

High dosages, but if you're going to go high, this is the way to do it.....

I'd run Winstrol with the Deca.....

good to see u back big DIV, i agree winny and deca at the same time makes sense bc winny tights everything up and makes joints hurt while the deca provides a good lube to counteract this

well i'm not starting till after the holidays but i'll get a running thread and keep everyone up to date on my progress.  i decided i am goin to run the winni tabs at 50mg for the last 6 weeks i may even do 75mg i haven't decided

Not only that, Michael, but the Winstrol counteracts the bloating associated with Deca and keeps that in check somewhat.  Winstrol is also said to counter Deca's progesterone sides, though I'm not sure if that's accurate.

I think it was Author L. Rea, but can't remember.

There was no study attached to it, more of a theory.

It is. I can concur by experience on me and many others. Same benefit when stacked with trenbolones.
