Bodyfat is low, need help to get shredded

I have dieted for a while now and think my bodyfat is low enough. It's around 4-5% skinfold tested by a caliper, but i am not cut enough, i want to get shredded almost like contest shape. right now i am holding some water in the midsection, it's not really visible when flexing, but when i lean forward it's there. I want the skin to be paper-thin and tight there too.

Should i carb/water deplete and load now?

I have lowered my water intake from 4 litres to 2.
My calories are at 1500-1600, carbs at 80-90g and protein at 170-180g
Carbs are from: oatmeal and dextrose
protein from: eggs, chicken, cod, tuna, ham, whey-protein, cottage cheese.

Any advice? i need some help please!

Seek medical help. If you are indeed 4 percent bodyfat you are already as shredded as you are going to get. By the way you are not trully 4 percent bf. That is ultra shredded.

it's skinfold measurement not actual bodyfat, remember how Flex was 0%...skinfold, actual bf was like 3-4%...

I'm maybe 7% actual...but it's just a guess

why?

your not getting ready for a contest or a photo shoot?

you are already very lean...you cant get as shredded and dry as you would need to be for a contest and expect to hold on to that level of conditioning.

It worked wonders for me, but you have to be really careful it´s very powerfull stuff.

BTW my gut feeling says that you´re "lean enough"...

Why? Experience! I want to peak, see how i look, take a couple of pics for fun.
I'm not expecting to hold on to that kind of conditioning, but i want to achieve it to know that i can do it and also learn how to.

I think i'm lean enough and that it's mostly water that i need to get rid of. I've been doing cardio and eating real low cals for awhile now, but my weight has stayed pretty much the same, seems i cannot drop more fat. Abs and everything are clearly visible but the skin is not 'tight'

I haven't heard of that supplement, but i couldn't find it locally anyway.

How should i proceed? tan, cut water and carbs? how much and when? I need some advice

Just curious what is your height weight?  Question that comes to mind is how much muscle do you have?  You can have low body fat but if not enough quality muscle you could still appear smooth.

5'9 175 isnt that tiny for your height.  If your body fat is as low as you say it is you should have some muscle there that should show.  Many times we see ourselves different than others see us.  People tell me im huge where i know im bigger and muscular than most but not as huge as others perceive me.  Maybe you are cut already.  I'd be intrested in seeing pics to tell. 

Keep up the work just make sure your getting enough nutrients especially protein so you don't loose any muscle.

Well it is a really good supplement and i don´t know where you live but Universal products are widely available all over the world. You can order it over the internet like from bodybuilding.com or you could just try another otc diuretic. Unless you live in Nigeria, you should be able to find it, i live in Finland and it´s widely available even in here. So good hunting...

Okay here's a couple of pics, maybe you can tell something from them.

When you carb or water deplete do you cut it to zero even when natural? and do you train or do cardio on those days/ the last week?

Okay, it does look like that you´re bf is low, but as suspected, there is some water between the skin and muscle. Since you´re doing this just because you wan´t to take a couple of pics, here is what i would do: start taking the otc diuretic, up you´re water to about 5-6 litres a day, train and do cardio normally, then after 5-6 days, lets say friday night stop drinking, but keep taking the supplement. When you wake up on saturday take a diuretic serving and eat a good meal like oatmeal and eggs, when you have about 3-4 meals in (without any liquids), pump up good and take you´re pics, this would be around 6 pm saturday. After you have taken you´re pics drink plenty of water and get plenty of minerals in too (salt). On sunday drop the diuretic and resume drinking normally 3-4 litres a day. When you drink more than you normally do and ad the supplement, you´re body will start to flush the water and continue to do so on saturday. I think that this way you´ll get great results. You may expirience a slight "rebound" effect on monday-tuesday (you´re body might hold on a little more water earlier on the week after the pics, but by wednesday you should be back to normal or a little better!)

Thanks!! that worked quite good. I drank 6 litres for 4 days then cut it out almost completely. It got alittle clearer and some weight was lost, But i don't think i was low enough in BF to start with. I had maybe about 5lbs left to loose i think. Dieting is over for now but i learned alot, I think i ate too little whole foods, not enough carbs (only 80g) too much calories (1600-1700) and not enough cardio and tanning.

Some people think it's stupid to diet and then go up again, but for every diet you get harder. Can't diet for the first time and expect to be ripped like Flex i guess. For every diet i have achieved better results, now i'm gonna put on some size while keeping low in BF, then start to diet again in april, with a better starting ground at around 185-190lbs. For this diet i started at 202lbs.

I aqree that every time you diet or get heavier you´ll learn something and get to know you´re body a little better, btw if you´re going on a "bulking" NOW don´t be afraid of increasing you´re bf a bit or you´ll screw it up.

I have seen many like you that I have dieted for a show.  The key is getting off all dairy and wheat.  The Lactose and gluten could be the problem.  The body in the state you have it has a hare time breaking down those specific sugars and you will lean out but the water from those 2 sources could be sitting subcutaneously under the skin.  That could flatten out an otherwise riped physic easily.  Try dropping all wheat and dairy and you should rip.
6 meals lift heavy and 1/2 hr cardio

The culprits are Gluten and Lactose.  Oatmeal is oats, not wheat.  If you want to rip eliminate those things and at the stage you're at eat as simple as possible.  Chicken, fish, lean beef, whey, eggs and turkey should be the protein sources.  Brown rice, sweet potato and oatmeal should be your carbs.  That is a bodybuilders diet.  If you're as lo in bf as you think, than all you need are a few tweaks and getting rid of dairy and wheat should do the trick.  This is done for 8 weeks before a show.  You don't have to live on this, it just to get you in the best stage shape that I know.
6 meals lift heavy and 1/2 hr cardio
