So you're telling us from this study that all whey protein sticks to the intestinal walls. Why hasn't this study been done before. Whey has been sold for over a dozen years and no one, in all that time discovered that whey was worthless? I've been using it and seen hundreds of pros, armature and weekend warriors alike use whey as a supplement and guess what. The ones who used it in conjunction with a good died and exercise program gained muscle and lost fat. Not just by body fat %, but by pictures and looking in the mirror.
I'd like to try some hemp protein and see, with an open mind, if it does anything significantly in a couple of months. In fact that's just what I'll do and post results whatever they may be.
I personally practically lived on MRP's for a couple of years with good results. Currently I use 2-3 whey, casein, egg MRP's almost every day and the results, though far from competitive status, aren't that bad.
