Do you listen to music while you workout?

If so, what type of stereo/walkman/mp3 player do you use?

I got a little $90 mp3 player from Sams Club.  512 MB i think, it holds like 5 complete CDs.

training without it completely sucks now.  Plus i stay the whole time instead of getting itchy at the 25 min mark :)

Almost essential to have a player unless there's music already there.

When I'm lifting, no.  If I'm doing cardio, yes.

My gym thankfully plays metal music so there's no need for all those Ipod's and MP3 players. They just get in the way.
