anybody here ever have an "accident" while heavy lifting?

i almost didn't see it...but then i watched it again and caught it...if thats real, that sucks...i always take a shit b4 heavy lifting...

ive seen a few women powerlifters piss while in a comp...

i like how she tries to "dry" up the piss with her foot! LOL

My belt tore in the middle of a deadlift. It was uncomfortable for my lower back to put it mildly

I always fart every time I deadlift or Squat... and I'm not talking about your regular farts here neither, my farts are like protein napalm. The last time it was so bad that I farted at the Squatrack and a 1/2 hour later my fart made it's way the Cardio bikes and countless of gym bunnies simply passed out.
