Now, I hate to trash talk a legend like Kaz, but I have to be honest here. His talk was so scattered I'm not sure if even he knew what he was talking about half the time. He'd forget where he was in his speech, get off the topic without warning, and tell stories that didn't make much sense. He'd talk a minute about deadlift form, then tell an amusing story about the glory days, then talk about emu oil, then talk about Jesus. All this without any sort of logical segue. Oh yes, then he showed a slide of him squatting when he was a young man. The photo had a flaw in it and there was a blurry spot above his head. Kaz explained that this was obviously an angel. Um, okay Kaz, whatever you say, bro.
