I would not count Ronnie out.
Look at his track record:
in 98, everyone wrote him off as a one time Mr. Olympia.
Look what happened in 99: he presented the greatest overall package ever seen on a bodybuilding stage, gut or no gut.
Then, everyone counted him out after the 2000 Mr. O. where he came in too heavy, and the look what happened - he trims 13 pounds of excess water and wins the 2001 Arnold Classic in grand fashion.
Then in 2002, he loses to gunter and everyone writes him off. The mags scream Gunter or Jay will be MR. O!
And then, look what happens: in 2003 he sets a new standard for ripped mass, even though he was not as good as 99.
He does well in 2004, looks great in 2005, and screws up 2006.
People are no counting him out again...
Look at the mans track record:
he always seem to rebound.
Granted, he is not 30 anymore. But the point is this:
if anyone can do it, Ronnie is the one to get the job done.
