See, I don't have a flat ass it's just not like the ones in the pics. I have decent hips and some cuffability; bottom line I want a small waist and a fat ass.

I have done squats, kickbacks and deadlifts but my thighs are getting tighter. I love that, but my legs have always been easy because I dance. I am predominately black with other ethnicities thrown in for good measure, I lack the junk in the trunk.

Have any advice other than eating a bunch of junk food and becoming a lazy bum?

Part of it is genetics Mimi.  If you were born with a flat ass, you might be able to give it a little umph, but it would never be "bootylicious" like those girls.  :-\  Sorry.

I will be honest; I don't look anything like the Avatar that you see. This body has endured 4 children and 31 years. Although to get the full benefit of everyone's "Constructive Criticism", I plan to have my husband take some (not too embarrassing) photos of me, from different angles.

I an very serious about changing my body shape, so people be kind when I do post the pics.

Mimi, I'm 43 (in december) and have had all my children via c-section.  I ballooned up and busted my ass to come back down.  That IS me in my avatar (there are also larger pix of me in the pictures of members and more thread).   ;)   Believe me...if I can do it, so can you.  You gotta have faith, a good diet, exercise and a great support system.  I am most fortunate to have all those.

Mimi - please keep in mind that this board and this board only is strictly moderated as requested by the owner of this site.  That being said, anyone (including "guests") can access and view this board.

Once you post a picture it can be taken to another board and "analyzed" to whatever extent the poster would like.  Anything you post can be brought up time and time again, commented upon, scrutinized, photoshopped, etc.

Unless you have a very thick skin or are in contest shape, I would discourage you from openly posting pics. 

Meanwhile, if you would like a few people from this site to critique your physique, I suggest you lurk about and decide whom you think you can trust before PMing them your pics.

LOL LOL LOL, I'm right behind you girl, I'm 38 and the rump is still holding up but if I didn't compete I wold not squat, lunge etc. with the intensity that I do, I'd be shopping at the mall having a double shot mocha frap with whipped cream!!!!!!!!

Deep squats with a barbell (not the Smith machine), shoulder width or wider stance, with moderately heavy to heavy weight on the bar.

Walking lunges with a barbell on your back.  Use your glutes to lift you up and out of the lunge position.

Short distance sprints.  (20's, 40's, 60's, 80's, 100's)

Deep leg press with very heavy weight.

Reverse lunges on the Smith machine.

One-legged dumbbell squats (back leg is propped up on a bench, and you must hit a 90 degree angle or deeper with the squatting leg).

High incline treadmill cardio sessions.

Plyometrics.

Proper nutrition.

Belief in your ass.   ;D  J/K!  Actually, I do have a little mantra that if you believe it, you can achieve it.

I also have a feeling that those two pictures above were heavily airbrushed to erase the evidence of cellulite.

I have been teased all of my life for one thing or another; I just say F**K It!! I want to take this seriously, so if someone wants to crack jokes then so be it.

I am posting the pics that I had my husband take this morning, I also weighed and measured myself.

Here are my stats:

Age: 31
Height: 5 ft.
Weight: 137 lbs.
Bust: 36D
Waist: 31.2"
Hips: 41.5"
Thighs: 24.0" each leg
Ethnicity: Black, Italian, Native American
Routine: I currently drink Nox-Plode in the morning to get me started. I will also take Lipo-6 (Fat Burner) or Redline (Fat Burner), DHEA, Tribulus & Omega 3-6-9 capsules. I will dance as my form of cardio for about 25-30 mins. I use 25 lbs. & 35 lbs. dumbells; I use them to do Sumo Squats, Step-Ups & Stiff-Legged Deadlifts. I can do 2-3 sets of 20, I also do Kickbacks, Flutterkicks & Bridges (3 sets of 10). I do sit-ups & crunches (3 sets of 20). My workout can take anywhere from 1-2 hours (3-4 times a week) give or take. After I workout I will make a Muscle Milk Protein shake, I will drink Cell Mass, I will take a teaspoon of BCAA Powder, I will drink Glutamine mixed in Orange Juice and then I drink my shake. I don't drink as much water as I should, when I do drink water it is distilled water. I have a bad habit of drinking Soda & Coffee, and periodically Alcohol. I still eat junk food, but not a lot; my problem is sometimes I won't eat at all. I try to stop eating by 7pm. I love fruit & veggies, I can eat fruit all day long.

Well, that is an overview of my morning habits; I am ready for "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" critiques.

Girrrrrrrrrrrrl, you already got the booty thing going on.   :D   It looks (althought it's hard to totally tell because it's totally covered) nice, high, defined and firm.  Once you bring in your tummy and thighs...you are gonna ROCK!!!!!!!!  Hell I with my butt looked like that, well I guess in this pic it kinda does.  roflmao


I do however have one HUGE suggestion.  DUMP the MuscleMilk.  It's not made for someone (women especially) looking to drop weight.  Look at the label sweetie.   I also here from a FABULOUS source and VERY good friend that Lipo-6 is good stuff.  I use something different Tetrazene ES-50 from ProSource (they are providing me that for an ad) and I have had great results.   Also, you have to be more strict with your diet, cleaner foods, less sugar (soda, junk, alcohol...omg STELLA did I just say that??) and you HAVE to eat.  It is more harmful for you body for you to NOT eat.  Your body thinks you are starving it and will feed off muscle tissue over fatty tissue (it likes to store the fatty tissue as a reserve) which is why when you see someone who is anorexic they may be skinny, but they have no muscle tone and still maintain jiggly tissue. 

Ok, I'm done ranting I guess.  :)   for now.
