What do you guys think of this bulk diet?Should i add anything?
8am - 4 eggs, oatmeal, yougurt, 2 bananas, orange
11am - protein shake
1pm - 400g chicken breast,pasta,yougurt
4pm - cheese and ham in pitta
6 pm - train
830 pm - steak, pasta, rice, yougurt, banana, orange
11pm - protein shake
