No belt, no lifting straps, no chalk.

590 pound stone....an 800 lb deadlift can't be that far away.

not even close, the stone that they carry for distance is like 440lbs. and they don't even lift it off the ground they just take it from a platform and walk with it.

Is it really 440?  I thought the stones started at like 2 something and went up to 3's?  Either way, those guys are very impressive to say the least.
