I have a 4 year old son a wife a TREMENDOUSLY good paying job which i love.  I as well as you have decent genetics for BB, particually quads and calves whcih most guys don't.

So if you were 157 on stage. That means you lost 20 lbs of muscle dieting down.

Bro you are in serious need of some nutritional help. That or you were really around 20 percent bodyfat, and there is no way in hell u could see your abs nearing 20 percent.

get your facts straight man. Which one is it?? are u 193lbs with 20percent body fat, or 173lbs with around 10 percent.
