Creatine is the X factor in taking it to the next level.

Some men have even upped the creatine dosage from 5 grams to 7 grams.  That shit is insane.

Vyo-tech latest product is Goat Protein, in two flavors, Chocolate and Vanilla. Both seems to be doing quite well in sales, and although some people have raised eyebrows in something different, some research has indicated that goat protein doesnt have your flatuate as much as regular protein (although for some guys, nothing will help).  

It was nice to see Bill Wilmore, Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone, Lonnie Teper, Jim Manion, Mary Jo Cooke at the Key Club saturday night earing prime rib, chocolate strawberries, and just having a good time singing some good ol classics. Oh, we got some pictures too...

As for Goatboy, I have been informed that since you are infringing on the Goat Protein name, we might have to chage your name. Would you like to be Lamb Boy? Llama Boy? Hmm...
