I never said I was Drug Free but since I retired at 36 yrs old, I have had no reason not to be.
That being said, the purpose of the transformation was because like many 40 yrs olds, I was doing nothing with my body or fitness and wanted to show how I went from 4 yrs of barely training and not dieting to 14 weeks of Fitness Training and Weight loss.
Stevie Wonder could see that is what I stated, why can't you?

lol, so in the last 14 weeks you have only used Goat protein? please, you wouldn't know how to walk into a gym without first doing a cycle. Those first few weeks must have been a shocker...Oh man, this is hard work. Your first thoughts were: "Fuck it, a small amount of test won't hurt no body"
