500 for Reps at Childrens Xmas classic
« on: December 03, 2006, 05:49:21 PM »
All right you all asked for it, so here it is. I got 8, definately  not the prettiest set I have ever done. But after getting the meet up and running, all the setup, no food in me casue I was to nervous to eat, and only 3 hrs of sleep it made 500 feel pretty fu-cking heavy. So an ugly 8 is what we got :)

Enjoy!!!  Wolfy!!!!!

I have dropped off about 65 pounds so far. Still feeling pretty decent on my strength though.

Looks like your butt came off the bench? I am new to the Powerlifting world, but won't that get you DQ'd? Nonetheless, an incredible amount of strength.

Yeah it was just an exhibition lift though, did not count for anything. I always lift my ass during training but I have never ever been called for it in a meet.
