Dion Branch is not worth TO money. Branch is not worth Steve smith money. The pats made him a fair offer and he declined. He wanted alot more than he was worth. It was common knowledge. He would not be the savior to this team. If the pats gave into Branch wanting more than the FAIR offer thy gave him all the players would pull it. Btw the pats take care of there key players. While our recievers are not stars like Wayne and Harrison, you cannot expect rookies who miss preseason and some regular season games to be "first rate" vets like branch. Who spent years in this system btw. They are developing fine. They are not superstar recievers. But they will be able to fill there role when the timing gets perfected. I have no problem with people not believing in the Pats. They have holes. I never claimed they would run the table and win it all. But , they have just a good shot to go all the way.
