Q: "How much drugs did you use? What kind of cycles?Do you have any health problems from the drugs?"
A: My cycles were always contest specific. I never took drugs just to take them or be big.
Cycles would be anywhere from 10 weeks to 18 weeks, depending on the contest date and my weight class requirements. Dosages? Back then we thought we were taking a lot, but guys today wouldn't think so.
Lots of Ciba-Geigy Dianabol, plenty of Deca, Test, Primobolan tabs, Equipoise, Anavar (especially if weight class limits were crucial), Suspension & adernaline pre-training and meet day. A fair amount of Anadrol, but I never reacted too well to Anadrol... my resting heart rate would go through the roof and I would actually lose body weight.
Health problems? Minimal. I frequently suffered from petechial hemorrhages (bleeding eyes) and I'd most likely have more hair today, but I'm OK in that regard.
Somewhere (storage) I've got my old notebooks with all the # & mg's for almost every cycle. Somewhere...
Absolutely!!
Gee golly gosh, then I can actually qualify for Getbig's exclusive "500 lb. bench bounce bump club". After all, the mighty bench bounce bump uses a whoppin' 20% of the muscles of the body (or is it 25%...I keep forgettin'?!) while totally ignoring the body's core strength. What a test of real overall body strength!
Anyhow, to avoid comparing "apples with oranges" and trying to "level the playing field", since I did an OFFICIAL PL contest 355 lb. bench, touch-and-go, hips/glutes remaining on the bench throughout the lift, as a drug-free 198 lb. class lifter, wearing only a t-shirt, then the following adjustments to this 355 lb. OFFICIAL PL contest bench press can fairly/honestly be made...
(1) add at least 33% to ones' drug-free poundage (says an
unimpeachable source such as Jeff Everson...editor of
Planet Muscle, with official lifts of a snatch over 300 lbs., clean and jerk over 400 lbs., bench press over 500 lbs., plus being a physique contest champion, as well as the trainer of the most famous FBBer of all-time: Cory Everson!) by "juicin' to the gills" on AAS and GH and adding 50-100 lbs. bwt.
(2) add another 50-100 lbs. (at least!) for wearing a multi-ply Inzer bench shirt.
Thus: 355 + 355(33%) + 50 (being real conservative for the shirt's added poundage) = 355 + 118 + 50 = 523 lbs!!
So Getbig mods, where's my fvckin' award/certificate/trophy for qualifying as a "Getbig 500 lb. bench bounce bumper"??!
