Louie is a very good guy.  Westside is a kick-ass training method for anyone looking to improve their size, strength, or athleticism.

The board is a record board on the wall which records the best lifts by weight class etc.

His gym is for strength sports athletes so yes, strength means a lot there.

This post does not belong on GETBIG.com.  Most people here don't understand competetive weightlifting.  It is a very entertaining site though.

Are you high? Getbig has some of the strongest guys on the planet.They have world record strength,but choose not to compete.Most on here are experts in every field regarding weight training.

hahahahahaha, exactly, 90 percent of the people on here either bench press 500 or used to and the other 10 percent are women.

Seems like what he posted on the wall was more about people tampering with that board, and less about his intolerance of the innocent weak. There's probably some kind of story behind this.

dont leave out the women though, remember that getbigs own 'the beast' could squat 315 for reps at 120lb with 19 in legs.
