First of all, you should have chosen a better name for yourself. Every online bodybuilder worth their salt has the word "big" in their name. It will help you get called out easier by people known as the "Squad" - a band of insecure haters who like to rag on the achievements of others.

Once called out, post a pic of yourself which proves them wrong, owns them, and makes them retreat feeling even more inadequate than they already are. That is how you survive on Getbig. Enjoy your stay.  :)

ive kept the name arsefluff from my younger days of online gaming - didnt wanna call myself bigguns6969

knew arsefluff wouldnt be taken and being hard as fuck and built like a tank i dont mind using fluff in my name - similar to boxers being named sweetpea etc etc
