Tryin Out a 24 hour gym for a week...

As some of you might know, as a members of Ballys for like forever, my membership is only 13 bucks a month...but now i have a 24 hour gym pass for seven days that is really close to my apt.

Who here actually goes to these 24 hour places?
Is it worth it to go in the middle of the night or the early early morning ?

The place im trying out has tons of sluts there and is privately owned..is this the same for all 24 hour joints ?

Anyhow, 24 is a waste of time.  Nothing but a bunch of wanna' be's and people taking-up air space.  A great place to find new meat though.  I have membership as well, but only go in the wee hours of the morning.

I have been a member of a few "open 24 hours" gyms now.  Unless you lift at odd hours, it is a benefit you won't use (so don't pay more for it).  Usually, 24 hours gyms are the more commercial type - so the atmosphere sucks.  My advice, go where there is decent equipment and a great atmosphere to lift all out (I personally like dim lighting, kinda dirty, decent amount of mirrors, low ceilings, etc).

Heres the truth on this....  most gyms close at 8 on the weekend.. Ive been a member at most gyms at one time or another ( la fitness, 24 hour, ballys, golds, powerhouse).  24 hour is a good gym if you plan of training after 8 for example on a friday or during the weekend.  Im a member at milos gym  but when they close early and say i have had plans during the day and evening and i wanna train around 9pm or 10pm ill go over to 24 hour fitness..... The atmosphere isnt hardcore as a golds gym, but they have pretty much the same shit and it will be sufficient enough to get a good workout in.....

I visited a 24 when I got one of those free 7-day passes just to go check out some new hot broads.  After that I was back to my regular gym.

My gym has this feature for most of the week. Would never use it. Can't imagine even trying it for kicks. Shift workers and weirdos, I suppose, would love it.
