I thought I was a strong bencher when I did 315 for 12 just like this guy did for 3 sets. We had a guy at our gym (this was some 12 years ago) do what this guy just did, he slapped the 405's up and down for 8 0r so with ease, then his 2 partners put another 45 plate on each side before he racked it and he banged out 3 reps. I was in awe, but this guy dwarfed me in sheer muscle mass. He was a big dude and I am not talked juice big. He probably was on juice but you could tell that he did not need to be.
