Off Day Diet.....
« on: December 07, 2006, 07:34:38 AM »
Does your diet change (save pw shake) between training and non training?  Would it keep you leaner, if you switched to a fat/pro meal versus a pro/carb meal?  Say swapping chicken and rice for chicken and flax?

I eat a little bit differently everyday because human body needs a variery of nutrients. I donīt think it would be a good a idea to eat a high fat meal after training, because it will slow down the digestion.

I dont.  Just because your not working out doesnt mean you should drop your nutrition.  Your day off is just as important to have a healthy diet so your body has the sources to repair and recuperate sufficiently.

i ease up a lil on teh carbs, for example the PWO shake which suually has 50-70 g of carb gets eliminated, but instead it gets replaced with a lean meal ( fish, chicken, or maybe even steak)... othe rthan that, same vitamins, creatine, glutamine etc.
