Henry's condition is evident. Heath looks like he's holding just a bit of water compared to the bone dry, diced Henry. That's the difference between 3% body fat Vs. 4%.

Henry does have some shredded condition.

You really do get a feel for how small the guy really is. Onstage, he can create the illusion of size. In real life, he must get sick of middle schoolers taking his seat on the bus.

y'know it's hard to say. I will always say that I think that Jay did what Jay had to do to win the olympia and that was his goal so I can't really fault him for that. I'm not a fan of his current condition cause he HAD to look like that or he'd be playing second fiddle to ron for his whole career. If I had my way the two guys at the top of this thread would be the standard, those guys could step on stage at the 91 or 92 olympia and do well. If jay stepped on stage in 91 or 92 he'd get torn to pieces...no seperation, big ass waist, etc.

The only way Phil will win Arnold Classic is that if Dexter, Branch, Victor, Gustavo are off. I doubt that will happen.
And by the way Henry should've beaten him based on that picture.

I dont' know, Phil is pretty damn good, his shape beats Branch's and I think the judges little romance with gustavo might be coming to an end, Vic would be tough for him but I think he can do well againts everyone else...opps, forgot about Dex..that one would be tough for him also, depends if Phil is in shape or not. If he comes in shape I doubt the judges will deny him.

Heath looks awesome in those pics and Henry the ass that he is also looks crazy ripped, I like the one with Melvin and Vic, those 2 will be dualing it out like Ronnie and Flex soon...
