ronnie was overlooked in 96.

Hell, he was overlooked in 98 and he fuckin' won!

The judges gave him a 17 in round one, then realized Holy Shit this guy is amazing maybe we should give him a closer look and then gave him perfect 5's for the rest of the contest.

had the judges not given in to the Wheeler hype in round one and gave Ronnie a closer look early on in 98, it is likely he would have won every round with 5's instead of the final 3 rounds.

ps. Ronnie's back is better than dorians, but then again, we already knew that...

I'm fairly certain that ND's uncommon allegiance to the IFBB and Weider has to do with his reverence of Iron Age, which is connected to both of them. Some kind of relationship with one or more of those would explain the illogical faith in the judging as well as the numbers obsession in lieu of pictorial proof.
