My gym buddy goes to these "animal supply" stores and gets these 1000ml/cc bottles of this muscle rub thatīs made for horses. He says itīs the bomb and takes it allways before and after working out, iīm thinking of getting that too (itīs cheap also).

i'd definetly consider dmso. its some of the best stuff you can get(legally). i use it simply because its cheap easy to find and legal. i mean who wouldn't put somethin on their own muscles that is also used for a 2,500 pnd animal.

yup it's called DMSO i found it at a little supplement store...I will post a pic of what the jar looks like. Its very small, and the jelly is clear and odorless. you just take a Q-tip and apply a very little amount.

You can go to family dollar and get Blue Ice and knock off bengay for 1/3 of what the name brand costs and it has the same effects....
