Before I graduated from college I went on a few spring breaks trips. I went to the usual places. Mexico, Acapulco etc etc. My buddy's and I are planning to take a trip this spring break season. I heard about some sort of lake in Arizona that is supposed to be a great time? People apparently party on pontoon boats and such. Is anyone here from Arizona? If so, how is this place? Is it worth the trip?How are hotel prices? Car rental prices etc etc....

hahahahaha yes!!!!!! I went to Cancun with my family soph. year of high school, but it was a family vacation and not during spring break. Was still fun as hell.

Can't wait to get an STD!

Yes. Great place to visit. It's pretty wild there. Lot's of sex,drug, and booze.. My kind of place.

Cool, so do you think it would be better then Miami? I was thinking about attending the wmc again. I worked in the nightlife industry for years and alot of my friends attend that event. Since it is right at spring break time there is a huge crowd. I want a change. These lakes in Arizona sound great.

Lake Powell is crazy!! Love that place! Houseboating, jet skiing, machine guns, giant bonfires, booze, drugs, cliff diving, wake boarding, and nobody else around for miles.

It would be a hell of a lot cheaper though than WMC. Also, if you don't know anybody goign with a boat it won't be as much fun.

It would be a good change. Try and find a boat. A Boat on havasu is key! Also, what about Vegas. There always Vegas, I love hitting up Dre's. Too bad Rehad isn't open then.

I have a few contacts out in vegas so that could be a great trip. I was speaking with pumpster about the ability to take a day trip to LA from Arizona. A few good options to sway me towards these lakes. Now all I need is a Boat!

WMC is great, everyone should go once, but Arizona's a different scene also worth a trip.

One other one to try: Burning Man, end of summer out in the desert.. music and installations.
