Definately put on more size in the later pics. That is to be expected though with your different traing regimine. I think you have a good structure overall if you could pack on some more size. Personally I would not train every muscle three times per week, but I am not certain what your goals are....however the name of this board is "Getbig".... so maybe that's it.

No noticeable differences. Probably about 1-2 lbs or so.

Haha. I think a lot of bodybuilders have this problem - including myself. We're all insecure about ourselves to some extent.
