try wearing that suit into the gym and tell me that it doesn't increase your bench presss X 3

Heard good things about the pre-contest bible.

Arnold's book is worth buying just for the pictures. Literally.

i leafed through some of that book.  it's not bad.  it's good if you like a certain bodybuilder and he's in there, you can see their routine, provided that:
a. he's not lying
b. you don't care that their cycles aren't in there
