How did Scott Steiner get these upper arms?

It wasn't with weights.  Look at the size of his forearms vs. the size of his upper arms.  Any ideas?

Steiner's arms were already basically that size in the mid-80's when he was tag-teaming with his brother Rick Steiner (Steiner Brothers) with Jim Crockett Promotions (WCW).  His physique was actually alot better then.

He had great biceps way back.

Stiener has always looked like that arm wise, the thing is back in the early 90's he carried more BF.  That guy used to be fun as hell to watch wrestle, we were at my buddies house and he got a PPV for free, it was the Stieners vs. the great muta and soemone else and it was awsome.  Stiener used to do some great stuff....the frankenstiener was one of the coolest moves of all time.  To bad he can barely walk at this point.

He still has freaky arms. Great peaks. Not sure whats up with his chest. Its always looked f*****d up especially in the centre. Maybe a genetic thing? An injury? Tear? Who knows. Either way he looks alright. Don't forget people, he's a wrestler...not a pro bbdr and he's in his mid forties. They have much different training regimens not to mention they travel 5 days a week by plane. They barely rest.
