Weird isn't it? That picture was taken at about 11 am eastern time. I just looked out the window and the traffic is moving on the highways. Which is crazy, since it is usually bumper to bumper from 2 pm until after 7. I wonder why there is lighter traffic on random days ???

I am about 30 stories up. I do not know how tall the building is. There are a few new towers being added to the skyline I guess. One of which will be over 1000 feet.
