Is Shawn ray the only pro to have to give back prize money? And before you mention Jay Cutler, yes he failed the test but his lawyers were able to "prove" to the IFBB that he did not "fail" the test and thus got to keep his money/placing.

i think you will find there were four or five guys at the 90' arnold that got disqualified for failing the test.

Money was not issued on stage, only AFTER the results came back 10 days later.
Hence, 6 others at the 1990 Arnold and 7 Athletes at the 90 Olympia never received compensation due to failing the Drug Test

You are bitter at the fact that you gave your life for an ass backwards sport that penalized you for utilizing the tools that sustain the sport itself.

But you were still a great bodybuilder. Just not anywhere near as good as Dorian though.

Oh yea, the WBF and Vince McMahon came along to help the guys in the IFBB get hefty raises to stay with the Weiders.
 I politely accepted Joe's generous Raise and got the Condo at the beach.
I'm so bitter, and sad I could almost Pull the Trigger.
By the way, just to "Toot" my own horn, I spent the next 11 years in the top 5 of the Mr. O feeling real crappy about my decision to continue competing, traveling the world, doing Cover shots, Guest posing and basically being a Bum.
I'll say hello to you when they put me in the Hall of Fame

That Drug test was specially created for Shawn imo.  He was too young too powerful for his age.  Remember he was only around 21/22 at the time.  Look at the pics from when he won his first Ironman, probably one of the best physiques of all time.  Genetic freak.

I was just a kid at the time, but I have tons of old magazines I bought at a used bookstore and I'm pretty sure I stated the facts correctly.  Shawn was pretty clean at the time, but still tested positive for winny right?  And at the Olympia he was clean for a full nine months or more.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

I have logged several posts on this thread. They were serious in question and not meant to be derogatory in any way.

What is the criteria for posts being deleted? Is there any?

I suspect because they were not lauding in tone of the subject, they met their demise.

Such maneuvers do, indeed, keep you from ever being taken seriously in larger forums.
