what is your experience with t3 or t4 or a combo of both of them?
i was wanting to get results and experiences from people who have done these before while on test as a base

T-3 is worth the money if you're using it for a comp cycle, but otherwise it's not worth it for most people...the typical person can get by with just diet and cardio and shouldn't mess with it.

T-4 is useless IMO

T4 is a weaker composite of T3 and basically a waste of time.

I've found that T3 works best when tapered, usually by 25 or 50MCG increments.  I've gone as high as 150MCG ed.

Remember that it will speed your metabolism up fast enough that you will need to maintain sufficient calories or it will catabolize you, burning both fat and muscle.

If done right, T3 can be effective, but without proper diet you'll look like a starved greyhound.
