Germnay really learned form its failuresin WW I? All they learned was that it wasnt their fault, they didn't really lose the war, they were stabbed in the back by Jews/Bolsheviks, and that Hitler was their savior and one who could return them to glory. Yea, they learned a lot. Well, they did adapt some revolutionary War tactics before their next war though.
And learning from their failures inWWII? They didnt have much of a choice, they were no longer a country after WWII until the occupying countries decided togive their land back. And there are still restrictions on their military.

haha, i didn't say we learned from WWI, but we definetly learned from WWI and WWII.
As for the 'restricitions' on our military.
Well you see, we don't have an offensive army. We are not able to start a war with another country. That is what we learned.
We don't have nuclear weapons either.
You see, germany is a country that tries to avoid war, yet, as you can see by the german army helping you out in Afghanistan and german police building up iraqi police forces, we are able to do something positive.
It's that american arrogance that is the main fault why you are hated by so many countries and people all over the world.
You should try to see your own faults and failures, try to overcome the own shortcomings rather than stating how great you are all the time.
Oh and please, don't let this become a discussion about the "war against terror" or "operation iraqi freedom", or i'll call 240 is back on this thread.
