he's puffing his belly out - is it for an ad 'before' shot? IMO it really cheapens ads when the subject puffs belly out. no one really believes he went from a 55 inch to 35 inch waistline in 8 weeks, do they?

I believe Lee... If anyone has proved he doesn't give a shit what people think it's Lee. I think if Lee did bigger cycles, he would say so. Plus look how long he's been going now, he doesn't look all completely fucked like some of these guys who have done heavy cycles for years. He still looks human, has his hair, doesn't have a head 3 times larger than it should be, can bring his gut down for competition, doesn't look older than he is. etc etc.

The fact that he has hair really doesn't prove anything. The hair loss thing is overblown. Jay is probably on a truckload of stuff, yet he has a full head of hair. It depends on the individual. I don't see any reason to believe him. According to another thread the dude owes tons of back taxes. He acts like an ass when people try to protect him. The guy makes bad decisions. He digs his own whole. Did I mention he got an ugly ass tattoo on his face?

I didn't put the whole case on his hair

more his overall appearance and yea, I could be wrong, Lee could be lying about it. I just tend to believe him because he doesn't strike me as a person who would give a fuck if people knew he did bigger cycles and he doesn't look like Palumbu/others who appear way older than they are, have heads 3 times to big, a gut that it beyond diet and on and on, but yea I could be wrong, just a guess.

The role of gear is overrated imo...

You can pop all gear you want, but if you have shit genes and/or havent reached your max natural gains it won't make you look like a pro. As someone said, you'll be puffed up and blotted. In the 70's pros prolly ised 20% of what is used today, mainly orals like d-bol, and still managed to look excellent (arnie, franco, nubret, etc)

Gear is just an icing on the cake, the cherry on top, not the whole thing. Genes, stamina, determination, and discipline - thats the real tools.
