given his genetics, he must have spent 12 months in a hospital bed shitting in a bedpan to lose that much muscle.

Without roids he is just a regular Joe. Get over it. Natural he is nothing. Just like the most of these guys.

Exactly. Natural gains stay with you for a long time. Look at any guy that works with his hands... Great forearm development, even though half these guys are in their 40s and never touched a drug in their lives. Look at lumpers...huge shoulders. Natural gains don't disappear.

hahahaha and somebody actually agreed hahaha

Meaning that their size and strength was never dependent on knowing some guy who sold his merchandise out of a van parked at the gym.

How many stars look bad just 6 months off drugs?  Juicers want credit for something they didn't earn.  A juicer has temporary muscles. They will rationalize that it isn't true to protect their fragile ego.  I live by the beach and every summer I see the new batch of chemical wonders.  Everyone including 80 year old grandmas know the truth about these cosmetic chemical muscles in a syringe wonders got there.

I have been around enough to see the same pattern.  A college guy juices on and off for years.  When most hit their 30's they stop using due to health, financial, or legal reasons.  Many threw away their education and career pursuing their drugs.  Almost all users eventually start selling.  It might be a small amount or large.  Have you ever run into a steroid dealer that only dealt in roids?  It's only one of their many products.  Just like any other drug dealer it's core involves violence when it comes to money. It's sad that this sub culture of a sport attracts so many insecure young men that would sacrifice health to impress fools.

Train natural.  Your physique will be there for you whole life.  It won't just be there depending on what cycle your on.

Post-hormone tennis-player look. There *are* some guys past & present that are still impressive, then there are the hyper-responders.

If they continue to train naturally, they can keep a good physique for decades.  If they do it with drugs, the size plummets, regardless of whatever else they do.  Otherwise, the drug taking would be a one-time process.

What makes you think Arnold was a hyper-responder pumpster?  ???

ehh....

Arnold was not a hyper-responder.

He megadosed on D-bol and Test for the early portion of his career and we all saw what he looked like a few years ago on the beach in a thong post-surgery.

He's not a hyper-responder.......

Isn't a hyper-responder someone who has a not so outstanding physique natural, but can gain extremely quickly and a large amount on a small-medium cycle?

Arnold has good genetics.........and he megadosed over a period of years.

He wasn't a hyper-responder.

Arnold "off" still had a great body. He didn't look huge or anything, but still you can see he's naturally athletic.

I was around the venice scene when Paul was at his best, he ate hardly anything and his gear use in comparision to guys like Flex was like 50 to 75% less, that is a fact.

the guy has great genetics, dont get me wrong hes a prick who never paid for his stuff from the guys who supplied him but if he trained natural he would still be the freakiest natural out there in that photo he clearly hasnt trained in ages and in a full body shot i would say he would look less fat and would still be 245+

Yes, agree with this- athletic. But it doesn't look like he had incredible genes for natural muscle development.

DIV
On the contrary, he was a hyper-responder to drugs. The doses are a separate issue; the variance in amounts used doesn't negative the fact of being a hyper-responder to drugs. That's aside from the fact that doses weren't an exact science anyway, especially in the 60s. Schwarzenegger might well have grown on half the amounts he used; it's not as if the doses used were arrived at by any logical process.

Had most of the gains been natural, more of the size would've been retained off hormones, and the weight swings wouldn't be so drastic. He looked ok without them but the difference was disappointing, as if most of the greatness was unnatural. He looked ok off cycle, as shown in the pic.

As far as athleticism, it was his lack thereof that led him away from soccer; wasn't just an interest in individual sports. There's no sign of any particular talent there, as seen in various filmed news pieces of his lumbering gait as governor. A natural athlete in middle-age would not walk that way sans injuries.

Dillet no doubt had great genetics with or without drugs; to reduce it to drug intake's simplistic.
