My Retirement from 911 talk, and I mean it this time :)
« on: December 14, 2006, 09:37:29 PM »
This topic has been touched on here.  You can research it, ignore it, or believe it.  I feel there should be a second 911 investigation, period.

The level of ignorance here is beyond annoying.  I post timelines from the 9/11 commission report which show glaring deviation from protocol, and some accuse me of lying.  I post govt docs from WIKI and people call it a liberal website which fakes documents.

Look, I could care less what anyone believes.  Any eventual investigations will be started and conducted by people who are capable of understanding history and evidence.  95% of Americans don't understand or really care.

So keep the topic.  When the best retort you have is "Lies", "liberal CNN lies", "The media would tell us", "the govt have never done an inside job", or "why would anyone lie?" show some of you are too naive for the topic.

And that's cool.  Keep the topic.  there's a reason this is growing everyday- the evidence contradicts the official story, no matter howmuch you hate it.  Enjoy history as it unfolds.  Time will prove one of us right :)

and all I have to say on the topic is that you post non-stop about it, posting all sorts of source like they where involved and they all know the truth. that the gov. is covering up a conspiracy that would involve potentially thousands of people. gag orders or not someone would have come forward with a story and it would have been given MAJOR media attention and that someone could make millions telling that story. that being said I don't believe/trust one single motherfvcker involved in any gov. they are all corrupt liars that have made promises they couldn't keep to be elected to positions they shouldn't hold.  :P
oh yeah, monster run on sentance ;D

:'(

I spend 30 minutes detailing timelines from official sources which show clear lies, and these kids blow it off.  There are some bright minds here, but there are some seriously annoying ones too.   beach bum asks, so I give him my educated and well-researched opinion on his retirement package risks, and the guy disses me over the moon landing?  fuck em.  ignorant bastards have no clue.

Anyone here who reads the General/politics board knews the theory exists, and hopefully will research it.  sandycoosworth, you, and others are very good at sharing it.

I'm gonna focus on other areas of politics for now.

for a 40 + year old man, you should really have a better grasp of history.  man, I understand when an 18 year old kid doesn't believe in false flag attacks, but you've lived thru that shit.

Wikipedia can be messed with...most professors would agree and not allow you to cite from there.  That is all I have to say on the topic.
Doesn't make wikipedia useless... It's a kind of directory of info... In case you didn't notice it, the info on Wiki is souced, so you basically get a page with all the info souces on a topic which is great because you can get pointers all over the net and published work on a topic all indexed in one spot. but what really great is you get the internet and media scuttlebut at the same time.  It's a wonderful research tool... Just know it for what it is and what it is not... Is everything going to pan out from a wiki page, well no, but that's ok, because you go into a wiki page knowing that already and you see where it's sited from.

240, these guys just got what they wanted, to rattle you and get you to shut up... They were happy when you got confined to one page but now that you can post on this more they felt threatened and had no intention of listening to you and every intention of getting you to zip it.  Don't do it for them, do it for the people who will every so often pop into here with a objective mind and listen.

I think you "objective mind."  A subjective mind would be most of the people who believe in these fairy tales.   :)

Beserker:

I don't disagree of agree with you.  I think it is quick source but not very reliable all the time.
no, the info is only as good as the souces that built the page, so it's up to you to look at the page and judge the makup of the info.  The sources are the bottom and you judge, it is what it is... Sometimes you'll find a page that hits you 100 percent and sometimes it falls short, but most important about wiki is that you can go through it and pick out info that is disputed or souced badly... That info is there on the page so if you haven't done that, you haven't used wiki to it's full potential.  Don't just dismiss it, use it correctly.  Give me an example of the wiki page you're having a problem with.

haha pumpster is right but I do have to say that 240---you seem to get so distraught if someone disagrees with you or counter you that you have to post 15 different places to get the same opinion as yours, as if that is the only opinion that is acceptable on this subject, yours. this is not true there are alot of opinions and when anyone acts as if their opinion is the only right opinion they are going to catch shit from people who disagree and aren't easily swayed to follow you like "sheep" so those who are very good at sharing it are the only ones who you've decided have done their homework. could it be that other people agree there should be more investigation but only for different reasons, not the dribble you spout off constantly?

no - the problem is - the standards for information used in discussions is just so inconsistent that I will spend 30 minutes building an undebunkable argument/timeline showing something major, and people will attack it because "it's in the 911 report, which you said wa incomplete".  Or, my favorite, "CNN, ABC and NBC are all liberal and made up those articles about 9/11 and Bush because they are liberals".

it's beyond annoying- it's a waste of time to argue.  i will still share what I feel is interesting, but I'm not going to debate for hours here, because it's a waste.

There are 4 things a person can do on this topic - research, debate, share, and vote.  Debating it just isn't working here.  When I completely fcking pwn someone's argument, they bring up the moon landing.  When I show someone that there was direct and obvious lies on the stand, they call me gay.  It's fucking middle school hour here, and it's grown men like beach bum doing it.

waste of time. I'll share, and talk via PM if anyone wants to debate or kick around ideas.  But seriously, until there is a set of standards for debate and for sources, this is going nowhere.  The idiots are here and when they hate my arguments because its directly form the 911 report lol... what else can you show them? :)

I just realized this is exactly the thing I went through in my, I'm never posting again here meltdown...  Fuckers like Al-Gebra were just interested in sabotaging my thread, there was no debate.  Jag came through with the advice to me that you just gave yourself... Just post what you got to post and fuck them if they don't like it.

See 240, here's an example of one of the guys I like to ignore now... that is I won't wast time trying to debate him... Why?  because Intensone has no intention of arguing shit ever... It's beyond me why Zack thinks he does.  He's happy to drop his smartass oneliners and bail, so there's no point.  Yes Intensone, you're so clever, that was a wonderful oneliner, see you again with your next smartass comment in about 30 posts. :D
