that would never happen.they are not going to waist there time.you think that theres only one package that leaves from serbia?Serbia is a big place see it has cities like here in the USA. 
there have been bigger bust in mexico from top of the line companies and theres still flow from mexico to the states.were talking companies ( big buildings that have labs in there ).... not some one that just has gear in there house.WTF
Why do I need to explain everything in simple terms for you?
This particular source in Serbia is very open with his site and isn't that discrete at all and in a small third world country like that, it isn't hard to track and shut-down someone shipping out that much product.
That......and he's on several boards.
I've been deployed to Bosnia.........Serbia is much the same.
Poor country and not hard to crackdown on sources there if the government wants to.
It really depends on how important it is to them.
