he was so promising, so eager. where the hell is Marko a.k.a super massa
Here I am...no, just a joke. I am not him, I just know him remotely. Now days he is just about in the end of his career in BB:ing, because his kidneys start to go "snack crackle pop" with all that juice he used. It is a pity, because Marko is a great guy and a great athlete. I have train with him few times and I have always been overwhelmed by his strength; that guy give a new meaning to HIT system. He was famous about his super heavy duty training method, and in those pictures you can see that he didn't work just for fun. One typical example of his training is his smith machine bench press session, which I spotted. After good warm up(few hundred reps with barbells and dumbbell's with every angle you can imagine) he load something like 400-450lb in the machine. He used to load that with 45, 30 and 20lb plates because he want to do one hell of a drop set. He squeeze something like 8 reps with 450, then we take of 40lb, again 8 reps, 40 off, 8 reps, 60 of etc. At the end he do reps with plain barbell until he couldn't move it anymore. Then incline for slightly lighter set with dumbbells etc. He torn his bicep in late -90 and doctors put it back together, but when he was showing to doctor how much strength he has in that unbroken bicep, he torn that too. He also had some drug problems in his earlier career, he was hooked in speed for years etc.
