making a laptop wireless from anywhere - how?

ok, i have a laptop that doesn't have any wireless stuff in it.  I want to get something I can plug into it, where it will work from anywhere in my city.  like, nationwide internet i can just plug in to the little laptop port/

Yes you can IF you have Hotspots or are close to a wireless router that you can hack into by getting the WEP key.  Hell..sometimes people do not use encryption so you may be lucky. 

If all of this is foreign language then unfortunately the answer is no...you cannot get internet anywhere you want.

From anywhere? Not quite, but almost.  You need a wireless broadband card.
